Where can I book my room at the best price?
We always offer the best price directly through our website. You can choose to complete your booking directly online or via our enquiry form.
Gastronomy
Opening hours of the restaurant
Breakfast
Our extensive breakfast buffet is available Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the restaurant. On weekends and public holidays, it is available from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Lunch
Our bistro is open daily from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m.
Dinner
We serve dinner Monday to Saturday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. in our bistro. Our classic dishes are available until 9.30 p.m.

Where can I find the bar in the Quellenhof?
The entrance to our Elephant Bar is located in the lobby. Our bar is open daily from 2 p.m. to midnight. During the summer months, you will find our open-air bar on the newly designed sun terrace. When the weather is good, it is open daily from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. During this time, our Elephant Bar is closed for the summer break.

What can I do at Quellenhof to improve my wellbeing?
Experience relaxation for body and mind in our wellness area with two saunas, a steam bath, a pool (130 m²), the fitness and relaxation area, and one of our wide range of treatments.
Pool and spa opening hours:
Daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Sauna times:
Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Saturday to Sunday, 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
You are also welcome to use our sauna from Monday to Friday in the morning. Please let us know one hour in advance.
Would you like to be pampered from head to toe?

Where can I get my hair cut or styled?
Opening hours for the "Stüber & Stüber" hairdressing salon:
Closed on Sundays and Mondays
Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Fridays 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturdays 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
To make an appointment, please call (0) 9007 8433. The hairdressing salon is located on the ground floor.

Is there a bathrobe in the room?
Bathrobes are provided in your room and are available for your use during your stay.
If you wish to purchase these, please contact reception.
Can I order additional bed linen/blankets or pillows?
We will be happy to bring additional duvets, pillows and woollen blankets to your room.
What can I do if I want to enjoy peace and quiet in my room?
To do this, hang the designated card on the outside of your door. Please note that during this time, your room will not be cleaned and you will not receive any messages.
Is there an iron in the room?
We will be happy to bring an iron and ironing board to your room. For ironing service (for a fee), please contact reception. Dial 911.
Is there a television in the room?
The hotel rooms are equipped with a flat-screen television with integrated radio and teletext. The radio is integrated into the television. You can select programmes using the remote control. You can also find our guest folder via your television.
Is there a hairdryer in the room?
A hairdryer is located in your bathroom in the drawer under the sink.
When will my towels be changed?
For daily changes, please place the towels on the floor. If you require additional towels, please contact reception. Towels on the hook indicate that you wish to use them one more time.
Are toiletries provided in the room?
We have shaving kits, toothpaste, toothbrushes, cotton pads and sewing kits available for you. Please contact our reception desk. Dial 911.
Is there internet in the room?
Our rooms are equipped with free WiFi. To connect, select the "Parkhotel Quellenhof" network and then click on "Login".
Is there air conditioning?
All our rooms and suites are equipped with air conditioning. You can regulate the room temperature yourself using a thermostat. Our air conditioning system includes a fully-fledged heating system. Turn the dial towards + to heat the room and towards - to cool it.
Can I keep my medication cool in my room?
The minibar in the guest rooms is not recommended for cooling and storing medicines due to possible temperature fluctuations.

Is there a minibar?
Yes, our rooms on the third floor are equipped with a minibar. Rooms on the first and second floors do not have minibars. For small snacks and drinks, our Q-Shop is always at your disposal.
How do I report technical faults in the room?
If you notice any technical faults in your room, please contact reception. We will assist you immediately. Dial 911.
Is there a safe?
Each room is equipped with an electronic safe located in the wardrobe. The management is not liable for the loss of personal valuables. Please note that we limit our liability for the acceptance of valuables in accordance with German law.
Who should I contact if I have lost my key card?
Please inform reception immediately if you have lost your key card. Please hand in the card at reception before you leave.
When will my room be cleaned?
Room cleaning takes place between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. If you would like your room cleaned at a specific time, please let reception know. Dial 911.

What time can I check in, and what time do I have to check out?
You may check into your room from 3 p.m. onwards .
On the day of departure, your room is available until 12:00 noon .
If you would like to check out late, please feel free to speak to the reception staff.
Can I borrow a vehicle?
Do you require a taxi or would you like to hire a car? The reception desk will be happy to assist you.
Can the Quellenhof organise a shuttle service?
Our reception desk will be happy to organise a shuttle service for you in cooperation with our partners.

What are the costs for parking my car?
The underground car park (€20.00/night) and our outdoor car park (€16.00/night) are available for your use during your stay. The entrance height of our underground car park is 3.02 metres.
You can obtain an exit ticket at reception; parking costs will be added to your room bill.
Can Quellenhof organise flowers?
Would you like to surprise someone with fresh flowers? Our reception staff will be happy to assist you. Dial 911.
Does the hotel offer a laundry service?
Regular laundry service Monday to Saturday: collection before 9 a.m., return by 7 p.m. on the same day. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a laundry service on Sundays and public holidays. For further details, please refer to the cleaning list in your room.
Can I request a wake-up call at the hotel?
We will be happy to wake you up. Please contact reception.
Our reception staff always endeavour to carry out your wake-up calls correctly. Unfortunately, however, we cannot completely rule out technical or human error. We therefore ask for your understanding that we cannot accept any liability for any losses you may incur as a result of wake-up call failures and that no claims for compensation can be made. Can I print or copy documents at Quellenhof?
You are welcome to print documents or make photocopies at reception. Dial 911.
Can I send faxes or scans?
To send faxes or scans, please contact reception. The charges incurred will be billed in the same way as for a normal telephone call.

special cleaning costs
In the event of exceptional contamination in the room, we reserve the right to charge a special cleaning fee of EUR 150.00 per person for the necessary cleaning.
Where can I do my usual workout?
Our fitness area is equipped with professional, studio-quality equipment. The facilities are located in the basement, in the Quellenhof SPA. The fitness area is open 24 hours a day. You can access it with your room card. If you have any further questions, please contact reception.
How far is it to the airports in the region?
Düsseldorf approx. 60 min. travel time
Cologne/Bonn approx. 55 min. travel time
Liège approx. 50 min. travel time
Maastricht approx. 35 min. driving time

Are pets allowed?
Dogs are welcome at Quellenhof and are charged at EUR 20.00 per day . Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or wellness area. If your dog soils the room, a cleaning fee of EUR 150.00 per day will be charged.
Please consider the guests after you: dogs are not permitted on the beds.
Can I pay by credit card?
We accept American Express, Diners Club, Mastercard, VISA and JCB credit cards.
How do I receive messages?
Your personal messages will be delivered to your room immediately.
Am I allowed to smoke in the hotel?
The Quellenhof is a non-smoking hotel. If you smoke in your room, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of €150 . A smoking area with ashtrays is located at the main entrance of the hotel.
Can I organise a private celebration at the Quellenhof?
Whether you need an event room, sun terrace, bar or restaurant: with 13 superbly equipped event areas for up to 550 guests and culinary areas, the Parkhotel Quellenhof offers many flexible options for your private celebration. The hotel's long-standing event partners will also take care of providing your guests with a high-quality programme of entertainment. Where can I buy a daily or weekly newspaper or magazine?
A selection of newspapers is available daily at reception and in front of the restaurant.

Do I need an international plug adapter?
If you are travelling with electronic devices or mobile phones whose plugs do not fit our standard Euro sockets, you can borrow an adapter or charging cable from reception.

I have allergies. Will the hotel take this into consideration?
Each of our rooms is equipped with hypoallergenic bedding from Mühldorfer. Furthermore, please speak to our service staff if you require specially prepared meals due to food intolerances.

Where is the fire extinguisher located?
Fire extinguishers are located on every corridor. Please refer to our escape and rescue route plans for their locations.
Where can I find the emergency exit?
Please refer to the escape and rescue route plans on your room door to locate the emergency exit to be used in case of emergency. All guest rooms and public areas are equipped with smoke detectors. In the event of a fire, please call the switchboard and report the location. Fire extinguishers are located in every corridor, for use on small fires only. Please follow the instructions in your room and at the emergency exits. These are marked with green signs. Please also pay close attention to the loudspeaker announcements in the event of an emergency and for evacuation.
