The Quellenhof ranks highly in the Falstaff rankings

Stylish, even more stylish, Quellenhof: Asset manager “Jagdfeld Real Estate” has now successfully completed the comprehensive renovation of the public areas at its “Parkhotel Quellenhof” property in Aachen, which now presents itself in a completely new look to all restaurant guests and day visitors. The total investment amounts to approximately €630,000. “After we renovated the rooms and suites on the third floor, we have now been able to renovate the public areas around the lobby, the fireplace and tea lounge, as well as conference rooms to a comprehensive refurbishment. The ‘Quellenhof’ has become more modern and inviting, combining refreshing elegance with a rich tradition,” says Benedikt Jagdfeld, head of “Jagdfeld Real Estate,” which is carrying out the modernization on behalf of the owners.

To this end, the craftsmen spent several months meticulously bringing to life the design concept created by internationally renowned interior designer Anne Maria Jagdfeld, transforming the fireplace and tea lounge, rotunda, hallways, lobby, and the event rooms London, Vienna, and Lakmé, completely refurbishing or replacing floors, ceilings, and walls, and then furnishing them with new furniture, curtains, and energy-efficient lighting. The focus was on a refurbishment that conserved resources as much as possible, so that many materials could be reused instead of being discarded. Just this past spring, “Jagdfeld Real Estate” had invested nearly three million euros in the fundamental modernization of 33 rooms and suites at the “Parkhotel Quellenhof.”
